1. OBJECTIVES
1.1 To promote and support the growth of Thailand’s scuba diving and underwater tourism industry.
1.2 To showcase the natural beauty and significance of Thailand’s water and underwater destinations through photography and videography.
1.3 To provide an open platform for underwater photography and videography enthusiasts at all levels to demonstrate their skills and creativity.
1.4 To foster public awareness and appreciation of the importance of underwater ecosystem conservation and responsible diving practices.
1.5 To encourage ethical conduct and professional responsibility among underwater photographers and videographers in portraying the beauty of nature with integrity and without causing harm to underwater ecosystems.

3.5 Underwater Moment Video Contest A category for short underwater videos that capture special, emotional, or powerful underwater moments. Videos may be filmed in either horizontal or vertical format. Entries may be captured in any body of water worldwide. |

3.6 Special Awards |

3.6.1 Best Compact presented by AOI Awarded to the best underwater image — from all still image submissions — captured using a compact or fixed-lens camera, including action cameras. |

4. SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
4.1 Number of Entries
4.1.1 Each entrant may submit up to five (5) photos per category and five (5) videos per person.
4.1.2 If any entry wins more than one category, only one award — the highest-value prize — will be granted.
4.2 Photo Submission Requirements
4.2.1 Preliminary Round
Submit JPEG/JPG files in High Quality, color profile Adobe RGB (1998).
Long edge: 1920 pixels
Maximum file size: 10 MB
4.2.2 Shortlisted Entries* : Entrants whose works are shortlisted must submit the following two (2) additional files:
A. High-Resolution File for Print
- JPG or TIFF, 8-bit, color profile Adobe RGB (1998)
- Short edge: no less than 2000 pixels
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
- Colors, adjustments, and composition must match the preliminary submission exactly.
B. Original File
- RAW file, or the unedited original file (if the camera does not support RAW).
Complete metadata must be included.
*The judging panel may request additional frames taken before and after the submitted image for verification.
4.3 Video Submission Requirements
4.3.1 Resolution: no less than Full HD (1920×1080) Orientation: horizontal or vertical both are allowed.
4.3.2 Upload to YouTube, set visibility to Public, and make sure “Made for Kids” is unchecked.

Your full name must match your Thai Citizen ID (if you have one), or your passport if you do not.

Log in to the contest platform and upload your still images and/or submit your YouTube video links via the “Submit Entry” page.
