• Prices quoted above are included VAT 7% but excluded bank service charges and transactional fee.
• Allocation of booth will be “First come, First serve” basis according to correct zoning of product profile.
• Raw Space must be booked at least 12 sq.m. and booth design need to be approve by the organizer with 20 April 2013.
• Standard Shell Scheme includes 3 sides of white partition, fascia name, 2 fluorescents, 1 socket (5 amp.), 1 basket, 1 lockable cabinet, 2 chairs and booth carpet.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel/amend its special offer in any case against overdue payments.
• Raw space needed to be carpeted, otherwise you will be charged at THB 5,000 per sq.m. Also, the carpet installation needed to use the carpet tape only, the other type of tapes are not allowed. And raw space is required to build back and side wall between your booth and other exhibitor’s area.

Terms & Conditions

1. In case of cancellation, the payment that is already paid cannot be refunded.
2. The applications are not allowed to change or share booths to those who have not been indirect contact with the organizer. If any problems are occurred, the organizer will not be responsible.
3. The applications are allowed to sell or display products as indicated in the application form.

1. Cheques should be made in favor of “N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd.” Or wire transfer should be made into Account Holder: N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd., Krungthai Bank, Klongtoey Branch, Account No. 009-1-70957-1.

2. 1^st payment (50%) within 15 days after your reservation
3. 2^nd payment (50%) within 20 April 2011
